If you have problems signing in to your Hotmail (Outlook) account, and you can't find the solution for your issue, go to Outlook support page to use Hotmail (Outlook) customer service. Follow our instructions:
- Go to Outlook support page, scroll down to the bottom page to find "Contact Us" link
- Click on "CONTACT US" link, it will pop up a contact form for you.
- Enter your message here. Please make it short and clear with maximum of 250 characters. Then click "Get Help".
- If there is no results found for your question. There is a "Talk to an Agent" button. Click the button, then choose "live chat" to start a live chat with supporter. You will need to asked to login to your Hotmail account to start a live chat.
- But what if your problems is that you can't login to your account, you can't start a live chat as step above. But you can create another account to start a live chat instead, and get your old account back later. Another solution is use the second link "Ask the community".
